TBS SOURCE MICRO ANTENNA MOUNT AND BACKPANTS!
thingiverse
I'm building a new micro that's got the clean lines and holds up the TBS Pro antenna with the mmmxxxxxcxxx connector. I've got XT60 going on because, honestly, who cares about using lower voltage batteries? The two holes on top are for straws to fit your TBS Crossfire antenna, and you should hot glue them in place with some shrink wrap on the ends. Don't even think about using paper straws - they're a joke in the rain and catch fire easily. I thought about adding an Immortal T but it's kind of silly when people are getting range from the kit antennas and weight already. It would be cool to have a micro with an Immortal T, though. Maybe something like that on a 2.5-inch frame for long-range flights? There's some storage back there and it's easy to wire - no holes required. Everything should stick out of the top just fine. I've got more pics coming soon, but prop clearance isn't even an issue. I'm working on other stuff too that you kids can't see yet - it's actually prop guards and those Eiffel Tower-looking things from my last post are cool too. Just remember, if you don't know something, they'll assume the worst. Make your quad zoom, buzz, and do flips with 4S or nothing. Leadandsteel@gmail.com - now you know.
