Design Concept for Enhanced TBS Discovery 550 Frame with Increased Durability The proposed design utilizes 25mm round tubes to create a more robust frame for the TBS Discovery 550. To minimize motor vibration, spacers made from TPU or TPE will be printed and placed between the motors. The arm and motor holders will be fabricated using nylon or PETG, which offer excellent strength-to-weight ratios. To further enhance structural integrity, 2mm carbon fiber rods will be inserted into specifically designed 2.5mm holes on these components. This reinforcement will significantly improve the frame's overall durability.
