TBS Crossfire Module protector
thingiverse
This TBS Crossfire Module Protector can be easily mounted onto the aluminium bars of your FrSky stand, which many of us already own. Simply remove the three rods and slide the printed model over the stands. It will fit snugly, so no glue is required. For a secure installation, heat the surface of the print where the stands will slide in just enough to make it slightly flexible. Check its flexibility by gently touching it; repeat this process until it reaches the desired level of flexibility. You can use either a hair dryer or an electric heat gun for this purpose. Keep in mind that PLA requires less heat than PETG. This protector has a low profile, allowing it to fit comfortably around the TBS module. As shown in the photo taken from the side, its sleek design ensures that your Taranis still fits neatly into a case. For added damping, I recommend applying a Tesa Protect 8 mm pad on top of the module. The transparent Tesa Protect can be seen in this image.
