TBS Crossfire Micro Tx - Mount / Case for FrSky X-Lite
thingiverse
I am a huge admirer of the work done by bgill142 on Thingiverse, who came up with the tiniest possible case design for the TBS Micro TX. His creation is truly impressive. However, I realized that his design can be challenging to print without an SLA Printer. As someone who loves simple designs, I decided to create my own version based on bgill142's work, so all credit goes to him! Here are the changes I made: - I transformed the box into a flat design. - I designed a new flat top cover. - I changed the way the cover attaches (you'll need 4 M2 screws). - I added some ventilation holes for better airflow. - I removed the switch mounting spot. - I included a cutout on the back, which allows printing without supports. This results in a rough surface that helps the glue stick well to the part. Please note that you will need to make the same modifications as described in the original design. This new design does not use the original TBS Button. This part doesn't include the mechanical attachment slide, but I used an old R9M Lite module's attachment piece. You can also use the original cover if you prefer. Edit: I added a complete version of the design for SLA printing.
