The plastic holes on these things get chewed up in time and eventually it's impossible to maintain a grip on the rearward part of this mower part and it becomes hard to keep it engaging the interlock. Replacing it is $45 and the problem will persist. This print conforms to the ridges on the kit and allows it to be tightened down again. I would recommend printing this in ABS at high infill. PLA breaks down quickly with UV. The one in the picture was 10% infill and it did well until I hit a large piece of wood and it broke. Still, easy to print another. I would recommend adding large washers under the nuts to both mounting points to avoid damaging the guard. This should have been the default. The astute will notice also that the plastic wingnuts disintegrated. They don't really benefit you much anyway.
