I'd be happy to help you with a fun and exciting project that's easy to do right in the comfort of your own home. So, why not give it a try? I built this little Tazer device specifically for entertaining friends, don't worry - as you can clearly see, it's totally harmless as long as you get consent before shocking anyone and only shock them on a safe area. The Tazer Module is labeled at 400,000 volts, but taking into account the distance the electric arc can jump, it's likely to be between 20,000 and 30,000 volts when powered by two AA batteries with a +/−3v input.
