Taz6 0.8 mm or 1.2 mm Fan Shroud Scoop

This is a custom scoop designed to replace the fan shroud on a Taz6 printer, optimized for use with either the 0.8 mm HS or the 1.2 mm HS+ nozzle assembly. The main goal here is to enable continuous printing by pushing parts off the build plate. The part was specifically designed to be adaptable so that it can push the 3Dverkstan visor, which is used for COVID-19 PPE production, off the print bed - something that cannot be easily done with just the print head alone. I have verified that this design works effectively at the specified print settings. Early feedback suggests that the part may work best without pre-made holes. In my case, I printed the part without holes by filling them in and then re-exporting the STL file. To secure everything together, I used self-tapping screws from Home Depot.
