I modified the design to prevent the curve from interfering with the upper Z bearing. The printer broke at this point, so I created new ones that have two additional holes for added rigidity and increased the size down one side by removing the curves. Print Settings Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: TAZ 5 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .30mm Infill: 85% Notes: I printed this part in Black Lulzbot n-vent, which is incredibly strong!
