Taz Z Motor coupler

Swap out your current Z motor for an all-thread coupler, eliminating concerns about loosening parts. Previously, Thing 117950 by 1013 (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:117950/#files) was the best solution featuring a motor to M6 connector. To achieve this modification, you'll need two M6 x 5 brass nuts and one 1.5mm set screw and 1.5mm brass thermo insert. To install, first lock two brass nuts by rotating them in opposite directions until they are secured on the rod. Next, heat the jam nuts using a mini torch or lighter until they set into the hex end of the printed coupler. Insert the thermal insert into the side hole with a soldering iron or similar tool. Reassemble the part onto the Taz and place the coupler onto the Z motor shaft, ensuring the thermal insert aligns with its flat side. Secure with the set screw, and your modification is complete!
