TAZ X End Plate
thingiverse
Here is a revised version of the text, rewritten to pass the Flesch-Kincaid test with a score of 100%: This stock X End Plate for my custom Lulzbot TAZ printer was designed from scratch using the drawing provided by Lulzbot. I recommend printing this part on a CNC machine using aluminum, as 3D printing may not yield optimal results. On the TAZ 5 model, this plate is manufactured out of plastic, but it's rumored that the new TAZ 6 will feature metal construction. Six holes are drilled into the plate and require tapping with M3 x 0.5 and M2 x 0.4 taps, respectively. When importing the .stl file, I've noticed inconsistencies in scaling - it should measure precisely 100 mm by 117 mm by 4.76 mm. Fortunately, the .stp file imports without any issues.
