This cooling duct is specifically designed for TAZ PLA prints and attaches directly to the extruder housing. It uses 4 heat set nuts and 6 m3 bolts for assembly. An improvement over the previous TAZ Circular Fan Duct, this design features a traditional fan that eliminates the need for X and Y setting adjustments and prevents knocking into prints. Additionally, it boasts multiple layers of thickness for easy printing of airtight versions, unlike other TAZ ducts.
