This is a modified version of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:551366 I attempted to create a remix, but consistently encountered errors on the upload page. Designed for Digital Indicators featuring a vertical screw mount in the rear (refer to gallery photos), this jig serves as a fixture to securely hold within the bracket provided with your Digital Headspace gauge for reloading (Innovative Technologies). If you don't own this specific instrument, you won't require it; however, if you do have one, print it out and firmly glue a 9mm bullet into place – I personally used a Berry's 115G LRN. The copper jacket of the bullet enables effortless movement across the build plate while adding substantial weight for precise tracking. If you don't own the mentioned Headspace gauge, you'll need to devise your own adaptation for the indicator's end. The bracket boasts two reinforced ends to guarantee unwavering stability, even with the weight of the instrument and probe, thereby minimizing flex during use. It should be compatible with both Taz 4 and Taz 5 models – I myself have a Taz 5. Instructions: To produce the jig accurately, I utilized ABS material, employing 0.15mm layers for printing, and achieved a balanced infill distribution of 15% within the base and an enhanced 30% in the indicator mounting tab (the part extending upwards).
