Taz blinky Status Lightbox
thingiverse
I'm posting the status indicator lightbox for my TAZ, and maybe you've noticed that I haven't released those files yet. The main reason is that this project requires electrical modification and firmware modification, which can be a real risk if you're not familiar with hardware and firmware knowledge. Because of that, I won't include the firmware instructions here, but they might be in the build thread somewhere. You can check it out at https://forum.lulzbot.com/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=2134&p=12802. There's also a picture of it in action on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=huuQKAljBeg and https://youtu.be/xQqZEzUxSpg. You can get the electronics from Maker's Tool Works at https://store.makerstoolworks.com/collections/electronics/products/mm3-rgb-led. Print Settings: Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: TAZ 5 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.5mm nozzle Infill: I printed it at 85%, but since it's not structural, the infill percentage doesn't really matter. Notes: This was printed in ABS, and anything else should work just fine.
With this file you will be able to print Taz blinky Status Lightbox with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Taz blinky Status Lightbox.
