TAZ 6 ultimate tool head
thingiverse
Upgraded fan duct to redirect airflow across heat sink rather than straight onto it. Added a J-Tech Photonics laser mount and designated area for cable management with zip ties. Drilled a hole in line with the tool head mounting screw for easier installation and removal. Installed a gear shroud to safeguard gear teeth and enhance visual appeal. This project is still ongoing; you'll need to drill a hole to accommodate the left fan, which should be a straightforward process. However, I haven't had time to refine the design yet. Additionally, you must secure the top-left heat sink screw directly onto the heat sink with a washer before installing the shroud. You will then need to Dremel the shroud to fit over it, as there's no way to do so once the shroud is in place. I'm aware that this design has some rough edges, but I'll tidy it up when I have more time.
