I wanted to adapt the spool holder upwards a few inches to fit larger 12" spools while still utilizing my enclosure's top plate. So, I decided not to design a wheel and instead created these small feet to elevate the spool holder by 2". That was more than sufficient. I included space for drop-in nuts and bolts as well as pass-throughs for zip ties to ensure easy attachment. Simply printing four of them was all that was needed.
