This is an adapted version of the top component from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1764174 (part P2) designed specifically to fit around two sets of overhead filament holders found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1608830. Additionally, you will need two of part S and four 3mm bolts along with four 3mm nuts. If access to a laser cutter or engraver is restricted, consider using the alternative provided by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2444744 instead.
