Taz 3-5 Power Supply Cover for MW SE-450-24 (or equiv.)

This is a two-piece cover designed specifically for replacement Mean Well SE-450-24 power supplies used in Taz 3-5 machines, as well as similar power supplies with identical M3 mounting screws on the side. It's essential to verify your dimensions match an MW SE-450-24 pattern since the four holes on the sides are not equally spaced from the edges. This cover enables you to mount the power supply on the side of a Taz 4, also applicable for Taz 3-5 and other similar machines. To produce this cover, I utilized 0.28mm layers made of PLA material. Some support is required within the vertical cutouts to ensure parts fit properly. The DC cable was shortened to 33 inches (840mm) plus an additional 6 inches (150mm) for connection inside the cover. A tie wrap should be used both outside and inside the cover piece to restrain the DC cable. The small inner cover is secured using three M3 screws, and I recommend employing an M3 tap to avoid stripping out the hole, although a screw can still be used if necessary. Be cautious not to overtighten and strip the hole. If this occurs, you may either use an M3 nut on the inside or fill the hole and restart from scratch. The cover was divided into two pieces for easier printing and better print quality. You will require 4 M4 x 10-12mm screws and washers to mount on the power supply, as well as 3 M3 x 10-12mm screws to install the small inner cover piece into the main cover part. The cables (DC and AC) are clamped using spare M3 holes on the rear side of the power supply. For attaching the power supply to the frame's side, refer to the adapter mount located here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2741775
