thingiverse
Here is my remix from Taurus_Bear_Y_idler, this now fits in height and the strap is also at the same height as Taurus_Bear_belt_clamp, so that the movement above is straight. In addition, I have summarized all the necessary parts. As of 07/19/2020 Taurus_Bear_Y_idler remix Tau_big_pulley (slightly revised) Tau_axle (slightly revised) Taurus_Bear_Y_motor_frame (original from Zen3Dhu) Taurus_Bear_belt_clamp (original from Zen3Dhu) The rest of the parts come from jltx. The printer has passed the self-test and XYZ calibration of the original FW. Required parts: 2x M5x8mm Cylinderhead screw 1x M5x10mm Cylinderhead screw 3x M3x20mm Cylinderhead screw 2x M3x25mm Cylinderhead screw 1x M3x30mm Cylinderhead screw 2x M3 hex nut 3x M3 stop mother 8x M5x8mm low profile screws 7x M5x10mm low profile screws 15x M5 T-nut 4x V-groove angle corner connector 90 degrees 20x20x20mm 1x 2020 V-Slot aluminum frame profile 190mm 2x 608 bearing 1x 625 bearing (optional but recommended) new GT2 belt And of course parts of my Y-Mod: 2x 2020 V-Slot aluminum frame profile (330-331mm) 8x V-groove angle corner connector 90 degrees 20x20x20mm 16x M5x8mm low profile screws 16x M5 T-nut And the whole thing also works with LM8UU bearings and U-bolts, when the aluminum frame profile 2020 V-Slot is installed below. Update: 26.02.2021 I removed the Taurus Y-axis for Prusa Bear again, because it turned out that the stepper motor loaded more and had stronger resonances in the Y-axis and kept triggering the Prusa crash detection and had to deactivate it.
