I've been asked to create this component because it typically lasts around 250 shots before needing replacement. My goal is to make it last at least several shots longer. This part is small in size, inexpensive, and easy to manufacture. The original component is made of PA6 with glass fiber, a very tough and durable material. I'm confident that Flexfill98A will be more than sufficient for this application.
