If you've bought nylon from Taulman3D, you may have encountered the same issue I faced - the spool is significantly smaller than usual. To solve this problem, I designed a 1-inch bolt and nut to fit through my existing spool holder. It works flawlessly and is simple to store with the nylon spools. This model can be printed without supports, but you might notice a slight defect on the floor of the hex feature. Depending on your printer's bridging abilities, it may appear slightly off.
