Hardware/ tools required for installation: 1. Screws, M3 x6mm (x3) 2. Screws, M3 x16mm (x2 min) 3. Brass threaded insert, M3 x3 or x5mm 4. Method to insert brass threads: a. Lighter method b. Soldering iron c. Heat set tool 5. STOCK ender 3 fans and mounting hardware 6. Small nail or other metal object to create mounting holes 7. Pliers or similar Print settings and filament used in example print: Recommended filament: ABS or high-temp PLA. Example print uses ProtoPasta’s High Temp PLA with Carbon Fiber. DO NOT USE: PLA, PLA+, or PETG. Heat from the bed will warp the shroud during operation.
