I started crafting a brand new concept character in Zbrush tailored specifically for DLP 3D printing with the B9Creator. I chose to interpret the Tau Fire Warrior from Warhammer in my own unique way. Every aspect of it was created entirely within Zbrush, starting with modeling a base mesh model in 3D Studio Max and then meticulously sculpting the body. Next, I carefully masked areas to achieve the precise shape for the suit. I developed each component separately to add distinct details to individual parts. To clean up the models, I employed edge loops remesh and project all. Following that, I delicately sculpted to refine the final shape. Once all the details were in place, I attempted the tpose in Zbrush to pose the model correctly. Subsequently, I merged everything together using dynamesh and Zremesh, project all, and finally decimation master to prepare it for printing on the B9Creator. It took me five days to complete the task, during which time I encountered some errors with Zbrush; however, in the end, I'm thrilled with how it turned out. The tools that played a crucial role in this process were clay buildup, move brush, slash 3, and dam standard brushes. To create the rocky base, I utilized various masks. A Fire Warrior is an elite soldier within the Tau Fire Caste, serving as the primary frontline combatant of the Tau Empire's multispecies armed forces. These soldiers are highly efficient and professional, equipped with cutting-edge technology.
