Tatara Z axis Linear guide upgrade for A8 V1.00

This is what you need to upgrade the Tatara A8 Steel V1.00 with linear guides on Z axis. Many of you have asked if it's possible to upgrade the V1.00 TATARA A8 Steel for use with mini linear guide, and the answer is yes. However, personally we think it's too much hassle, so do it at your own risk. You have two ways to do this: For boot solutions, you need laser cuts of the new parts: 2 x ZMT11-DE, 2 x ZMS11, and 2 x TP11-DE (optional but suggested). 1. Do a new cut of the XZ frame CODE: XZ10-SI15 which has holes for the linear guide on each side and remove some useless holes. or 2. 3D print a "Holes template" for the original XZ frame V1.00 and drill your own holes, with a diameter size of 3.2mm. You start by drilling the low holes (the round corner goes up). The bottom of the printed hole template must touch the ZMT11-DE, and the holes are at 10mm from the outer edge. Once you've drilled the fifth hole, move the guide and block it with one screw on the fifth hole, then drill the other four holes. Print a new hole template for the other side or reuse it if it's not damaged. The holes in the hole template are 2.2mm if you want to pre-drill with a smaller drill bit. Both of these solutions can use the custom carriage we've designed (PP-CXZ-R-SI15-DE, PP-CXZ-L-SI15-DE), which will be available soon. If you don't want to recut the ZTM and ZMS parts, we don't know how well the linear guide will perform at that distance from the lead screw, and the custom carriage won't work either. The same mini linear guide as V1.1 HAYABUSA will be used: Kit TKE-04-015-1-352 (you need two, one for each side: 1 fixed and 1 floating LLZ). FAQ: Why do the holes on XZ10-SI15 part have different heights when you drill versus cut it? That's normal because in old versions, there was a guide for the Z end stop and we can't drill on the edges of it.
