My workload became overwhelming, making it challenging to stay organized and focused. I experimented with various digital to-do list apps, which initially helped but eventually led to a clutter of tasks and groups, causing more distraction than assistance. As someone accustomed to planning and journaling before bed, the sheer volume of tasks became unsustainable, prompting me to seek a more straightforward solution. I longed for the simplicity of pen and paper, something tangible that would constantly remind me of my tasks without the need to navigate through apps or pages. That's when I discovered The Ivy Lee Method, a game-changer for me. Although my workload demands more than the recommended six tasks a day, I adapted the method to suit my needs.Introducing my printed model, an evolution of The Ivy Lee Method tailored to multi tasking workflow. I've created three boards, each capable of housing six tasks, color-coded for efficiency:Red - Urgent tasks demanding immediate attention.Black - Requests and tasks with clear deadlines and expectations.White - Personal improvement tasks and ideas to keep in mind. The Red board serves as your primary focus for the day; completing its tasks takes precedence. Once these tasks are done, you shift your attention to the Black board. Only when the Black board tasks are completed do you move on to the White board. This sequential flow ensures that your attention remains laser-focused on the most critical tasks before progressing to others. And most importantly, not forget anything during this jugglingEquipment neededWhite board cards that I found on Temu, I tried to find similar on amazon, but they were all credit card or identity card sized. Double sided sticky tape, i bought it from local Walmart, but I found similar one on AmazonDry Erase Markers - I personally prefer thin versions - Amazon
