A Solution for My Girlfriend's Tarte Travel Blush Compact with a Broken Clasp. The fit is carefully designed to be snug, preventing spills during travel. It is printed in two parts that are then glued together to avoid the need for support material. The walls of the inner and outer shells do not overlap at the front opening, allowing for flexing when inserting or removing the compact. This design was originally intended to fit a Tarte brand blush compact that is 12mm high with a diameter of 53.5mm, but it may also be scalable for other brands. To assemble, apply a small amount of glue to the outside walls of the inner shell, align the two halves using the finger slot at the back, and put them together. That's all there is to it!
