This tool makes it easier for you to make tarts. Put your tart in the mold with the dough of your choice, lower the lever and it's done! All will be equal and with the same thickness, you'll save a lot of work and become more productive. It can be used by both right-handed and left-handed people. Easy to assemble and clean. It includes the most common molds (50 and 60 mm) but if you have other sizes, send me the specifications and I'll add it to the project.
