A straightforward tarp clip design features a wing nut and bolt assembly. Version two improvements are available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1247. To use, print the part on a 3D printer. Drill a hole of at least 0.25" for rope or bungee in the thick end and another 0.25" hole through both jaws near the teeth. Finally, insert a bolt and wing nut through the latter hole to tighten. If you lack access to a MakerBot or similar printer, please share printed images for adjustments.
