Tarot T4-3D Gimbal Arm Mount

YOU MUST SCALE UP BY 10 TIMES!!!!!!! This is a compact assembly of components designed to attach 10mm tubes at precise spacing to the Tarot T4-3D Gimbal. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE REQUIRED 10MM SHAFT AS MOST PREVIOUSLY PRINTED TUBES ARE FRAGILE The concept involves mounting this onto a drone, specifically my DJI F550, to extend the gimbal beyond the arms and props, resulting in professional video quality with minimal distractions. I suggest using "Gimbal Mount Test" for attachment to the plate, as it will sit more securely, while the "Final Small Gimbal" is better suited to bonding to a plate to mount the battery. So far, I have printed only one part, and three additional components are printing simultaneously, so I do not yet have an image of the completed setup. When I do, it will be posted here. In the future, I plan to modify this design to create a detachable handheld gimbal, as a cost-effective alternative to acquiring two separate gimbals. Please feel free to ask any questions regarding the assembly or printing process. Print Settings Printer: Markforged Mark II Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 20% Notes: YOU MUST SCALE UP BY 10 TIMES!!!! The slicer experienced a problem, and you will need to scale up the design by 10 times. I printed this on a Markforged Mark II using NYLON filament. The Mark II is incredibly accurate and precise, producing ridiculously strong nylon parts. IF YOU ARE USING ABS, you must print this with an infill of AT LEAST 50% if you do not want to compromise the gimbal's integrity or risk losing your GoPro. Post-Printing May be Required Depending on your printer, you may need to adjust the settings and scale to ensure proper fitment on the 10mm shaft. You may also require filing or sanding the interior or adding a small spacer such as a piece of theraband. I recommend smoothing the surface for mounting tape usage while roughening the surface if using epoxy.
