Tarot Motor mount 100% TL68B19 compatible

Starting from the rudisoft project I adapt it for the Tarot model 650 and 680 that have a 16mm arm diameter. Now it is fully compatible with the Tarot-Parts-TL68B19 [16mm Motor Mount]. The most significant upgrade is separating it into two parts so you can replace the original one without disconnecting cables from the power distribution board in the center of the hexacopter. The two parts are secured using 4 x 2.5x16 screws. The distance between the upper screw motor holes and lower ones has been increased to 38mm instead of 36mm as seen in the original design. Additionally, I added two rings which you can use with zip-ties to secure the ESC under the motor. The weight is reduced by 20 grams compared to the original Tarot TL68B19.
