Tarmo4 Front Ride Height Adjustment (part 19A)

This is a remix of part 19A for the Tarmo4. It adds a second Front Upper Shock Mounting hole. The original one is the upper, the new one is the lower. The new hole increases the ride height at the front. The suspension layout at the moment is good for weight distrabution and handling, but I have smaller wheels (70mm instead of 100mm), my springs are a little on the soft side, and I like to go on grass from time to time. This modification allows you to switch between the two, I use one for grass, the other for dirt.
