Tarmo3 upgrades
thingiverse
Human upgraded the motor from a 2215 brushless to a powerful 3650 brushless without needing any additional parts beyond the new motor itself. The new motor mounts fit perfectly where the old ones did, allowing for the battery to be strapped securely on top of the CGB lid. You can still use the original large main gear with or without the spring; I personally no longer use the spring due to the incredible power this setup delivers, so be gentle when pressing the gas pedal. The new shock mounts enable you to mount a body on top while keeping the prints simple and strong, eliminating the need for glue. The posts fit snugly and will stay in place, requiring only a straightforward drop-in installation followed by clipping it securely into position. Feel free to ask any questions; I've included links to two quick videos showcasing this upgrade: one at 10% throttle (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HiYoy5QCYwg) and another. Special thanks go out to jallen1327 for their assistance in creating this upgrade. Update 9/15/19: Due to an error, the wrong file of drivetrain parts was initially uploaded; these files have now been corrected. Update 9/23/19: The diff drive gear underwent a modification, with the size of the step just behind the teeth increased to maintain full engagement with the diff ring gear. This change resolved issues with stripping, which I encountered previously.
