If you own a Tarion viewing hood and a mirrorless camera, mine is a Samsung NX, then you're aware the stock base plate clashes with larger barrel lenses as clearly shown in the last photo. This base plate enables you to attach the viewing hood to your camera as well as a tripod. Extra parts required: 1/4" nut 3/4" 1/4-20 screw Snap ring for 1/4-20 screw Neodymium magnets - I utilized three 2.5mm square magnets
