I engineered these mounts specifically to hold a 4'x5' sheet of 3/4" pressure-treated plywood securely against my 5" chain-link fence. The intention behind this setup is to capture any stray pellet gun projectiles that manage to evade the pellet trap I plan to install at the center of this arrangement. A 1/4-20 x 2" stainless steel screw, accompanied by its corresponding washer and nut, plays a crucial role in keeping everything firmly in place.
