My sister requested a ventilation cover that would add some fun flair to her home. I designed one specifically to fit into a 100mm ventilation hole, but had to increase the diameter to 103mm to ensure a seamless fit. To achieve this, I printed the cover in two separate parts and glued them together, finding it was a faster process with a superior finish result for me.
