The TARDIS model includes an LED mount, 9V battery tray, and bracket for a SPDT or DPDT mini switch designed for dual extrusion printers. To access the source file, download "TARDISv2.ipt" created using Autodesk Inventor Pro 2014 Edu, which offers parametric molding for customization. Print the provided .thing files for preset settings, suitable for Makerbot Replicator 2X with standard 0.2mm resolution, two shells, and specified extruder temperatures and heat build plate settings. For infill, follow detailed instructions for single or dual extrusion builds, including infill percentages and extruder assignments. Electronically, assemble a RadioShack 5mm blue LED, 150 Ohm resistor, heavy-duty 9V snap connector, SPDT mini slide switch, and a 9V battery. You'll also need some wire, super glue, a soldering iron, and solder to complete the setup. Alternatively, a pre-assembled LED module can be purchased for easier installation.
