Tardis Extruder Knob

This was a rebuild of a very old Tardis Extruder Knob design from another user who I think took the model from somewhere else but said model was a complete disaster. They also had the tardis on a little stem that I thought made it look ugly. I originally tried fixing the model but ended up rebuilding it instead. My version is symmetrical doesn't cause print or slicing errors and looks sharp sitting right on top of the stock Ender 3 extruder! I tried to find the original to reference as a remix but it appears to have been removed.
