Multiple ways you can make this. There are two versions of the body of the model. One has the signs already mounted and the other does not (if you want to print those separately and finish them before gluing them in place). There's also a version with LED capability. You can mount a small LED (I used a DiCUNO Pre-Wired SMD 0805 LEDs in white from Amazon) in the roof and light up the windows when it's closed up and then it illuminates the ring when opened. I also mounted a switch to the base (Leo Sales Ltd. Mini ON/OFF Black Switches from Microcenter) and wired everything through a  generic 2032 battery holder inside. If you want to make the lamp on top light up, there's a version for that too (print in a clear resin). You'll need 4x 3mm Standoffs with about 55mm in length and 4x 3mm screws to mount to the underside of the ring platform. I used plastic versions and hollowed one out to run the wires to the roof. You'll also need some additional 3mm screws to mount the base and some 1mm plexi for the windows. I used some pick-n-pluck foam scraps to make the ring mount and wrapped them in ribbon as well.I printed everything on my AnyCubic Photon M3 at 0.05 resolution with Inland Standard resin (with the exception of the signs, which were printed at 0.01 resolution).
