TARDIS case with removable Top for Raspberry Pi 4

This is a remix of my other remix of [Jason3030's Tardis housing](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2430122). Again with removable top, and improved "POLICE public call BOX" part. And, most important, modified for Raspberry Pi 4, i.e. USB-C power input and two micro-HDMI outputs. Also new: There's a hole now in the top to perfectly take in a 5 mm LED for a shining light! Important: When I made mine, I measured something wrong - HDMI ports were off by ~1mm. I corrected this in the files here, but never printed the corrected version. Would be happy if anyone printing this would leave a comment if the positions now are OK!
