Tardis Button Cover Bowtie
thingiverse
I was eager to craft a truly unique, original Dr. Who themed bow tie that seamlessly slips over a button without requiring any assembly, so I devised this fusion of cool objects found on Thingiverse. Fashion shouldn't demand too much brain power from me, so the bow tie had to slip effortlessly over a button with no effort required whatsoever. Just print it out and wear it - simple as that. This creation was born out of my use of Tinkercad, where you can even edit it online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/kpCWApbbdY3. Most recently, on October 9th, I upgraded the file to give the Tardis more depth so that its window details would print cleanly with lower resolutions. I also increased the size of the light on top and shrunk the button gap for a snug fit. Instructions for this creation include combining the twirl pattern from 3DWP (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:417374) with Wearable Bow Tie by Tolin02 (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:518175), and then adding the tardis from NickRBrewer (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:33756) as well as the Unicorn Slide-on Button Cover by AndyP.
