A bird feeder based on the TARDIS Deluxe Kit. It's designed to hang from a wire or chain that runs through the model and terminates under the base. The lid is modified from the original kit to provide an overhang to guide rain off. Water that enters the top hole should run down the wire and drain from the bottom.I recommend printing it in PETG for better weather resistance.
