Neurothing's Tardigrade (Water Bear) stands tall at 10 times, 100 times, and an astonishing 1000 times its natural life size.\r\n\r\nThe massive 1000x model is a 12-part print that requires careful gluing together post-printing. The original mesh was scaled up to approximately 1000 times its life-size, hollowed out, and expertly cut into 12 manageable pieces to fit perfectly on a Makerbot 2 printer. Internal edges were also strategically cut out to make reassembly a breeze.
