I'm thrilled to introduce TardiFlex to you! TardiFlex is the ultra-flexible version of the mighty Tardigrade. Don't know your meme? Then start by checking out this fascinating description of these microscopic champions: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tardigrade The design behind TardiFlex was freely inspired from a hinge design proposed by DrLex in its Flexi Rex remix on Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2738211. But what makes TardiFlex so incredibly cool? You may have heard about the legendary abilities of the Tardigrade, including resisting extreme temperatures and pressures, surviving space travel, and regenerating after a 30-year frozen period... But that's not all! Here are even more reasons and fun facts that will blow your mind (every assertion is backed up by a picture to prove our honesty): - TardiFlex feels right at home in mosses and lichens, so you'll never have to worry about cleaning outside your house again. - TardiFlex can hang out with your messy prints without criticizing them or making them feel bad. - TardiFlex remains chill even when two pesky FlexiRex are about to devour him. He's also polite enough not to tell them that he's the only one who made it through the Darwin process... (FlexiRex is creationist, but TardiFlex doesn't care – he's all about spreading love and acceptance). - TardiFlex comes in vintage black & white or a variety of colors depending on your filament provider. - And most importantly: TardiFlex is an amazing fellow who'll provide warm companionship during those lonely printing sessions when the kids are asleep.
