Tarantula Z Lead Screw Pillow Bearing Support

Inspired by colindo's Lead Screw Bearing Holder http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1784630, I created a design that uses a KFL08 8mm pillow bearing as the support bearing. I've designed two options, both of which are meant to be attached to the same surface where the printer is fixed in place. The connection to the lead screw is through the bearing clamp, with no attachment points on the printer itself. The first option uses 90-degree brackets to secure it to the table, while the second has its own fixing points and requires support during printing. Installing these bearing holders won't require removing the lead screw. To attach them, simply press M5 nuts into the bearing supports and then secure the bearing with two M5 x 20mm socket head screws. While I still experience some minor z-band artifacts due to a slightly bent lead screw, I'm generally pleased with the improvement. Gaps are now nonexistent, and overall, this design has made a 100% difference in print quality. Post-Printing Results: The new PLA filament produced a poor print, but structurally, it's sound. The 150mm-high by 15 x 15 tower was printed with consistent results, featuring no gaps or bad layers. However, there are minor visible imperfections that repeat at regular intervals. I attribute these to the slightly bent Z lead screw. Overall, this design has significantly improved print quality and is well worth the effort. The measurements of the printed part were exactly 15.02mm x 14.97mm by 150mm high.
