Tarantula X Train with chain mount, BlTouch and Bel tensioner

This is a design I made for my 3D printer, specifically a tarantula model. My goal was to create one part that can handle everything. The train comes with a BLTouch mount located behind the hot end, making it easy to adjust settings. It also has separate spacers for the BLTough, which simplifies printing and allows for easy adjustments if needed. Additionally, it includes a wire chain mount and a strong belt tensioner built directly onto the train. I designed a chain support bridge for the left side of the printer, which is not necessary but prevents the chain from hitting the nuts on the aluminum profile. There's also a mount for the X chain and another for the Z chain, with a ground mount to keep the chain straight up. To print this design, I recommend printing everything except the spacers once, then re-printing them as well as the train using ABS plastic. PLA is not suitable due to its proximity to the hot end. I printed the ABS parts on my tarantula 3D printer with a glass bed and blue tape, at temperatures of 235C for the hot end and 110C for the heat bed, using 20 lines of brim and 90% infill. The train requires supports during printing. The chains and tensioners can be connected using M4 bolts and nuts; specifically, the nut on the tensioner must be 7mm, and it will be very tight, so use a bolt to secure it tightly by squeezing it in. Here's a tip: when adding the train wheels, use M4 rings with an M5 ring on top of the big holes. This keeps the wheels straight. New Update: I've designed Z extensions to ensure that installing the chain doesn't compromise maximum print height.
