Tarantula Pro Offset Mount for Ender-3 X-Axis Tensionner
thingiverse
Story time: Last year I ordered an Ender-3 X-Axis belt tensioner thinking it would be a drop fit with my tarantula but to no ones surprise it was not. So I remained determined to use it because I don't own an actual Ender-3 so I started designing an offset mount! After a dozen or so iterations (mind you I only owned 1 printer at the time and the tarantula was all over the place after non @makebase123 tmc2208 drivers were installed) I finally had something that worked! I had the original final model printed in PLA and it was only just replaced with a PETG version. The hotter print bed temperatures caused the PLA to soften and deform enough to be noticeable but not enough to fail. This part only replaces the front of the X-Axis tensioner commonly sold on eBay/amazon/Ali Express/etc. If you aren't heating your print bed above 70c, feel free to print this in PLA, otherwise PETG is my recommendation. If you like the model, consider a like, follow or maybe buying me a coffee/tea! I'll be redesigning this model as well so stay tuned for version 2! .
