tarantula board fan cover
thingiverse
This is a custom side panel designed for the stock Tevo Tarantula board, built to address an issue where the board's fan blows directly onto the hotbed, causing print corners to warp up, especially when printing PETG material. The direct cooling from one side to the heat bed didn't seem like a good idea. The design is straightforward and simple, attaching directly to the stock cover with screws. It's modelled very thinly at 1.2mm, which is sufficient since there's no need for excessive durability. There's also a 5mm space provided for wires inside. I personally used the single-sided version but if you think you need both front and back sides screwed in place, you can print that one as well. The folder contains STL files - 1. One side cover with text; 2. One side cover without text and 3. A cover with both front and back sides.
