Tokyo Tarareba Musume is an ongoing Japanese romance comedy manga series written and illustrated by Akiko Higashimura. It's the story of three 33-year-old women who long for love. The script is by Kamaeda Michiko; the owner of a beauty salon, Yamakawa Kaori; and Torii Yuko, who helps out at her own small bar called "Tobinbei". Arashi is a character that Michiko came up with - he's a guy she dreams about, and his appearance is like a codfish.
