This is a remix from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:398515 I found that the original needed the bolt holes enlarged to 5.5mm diameter for proper clearance for an M5 bolt. I also needed to expand the tap hole to 5.8mm to fit my tap. Hope this is useful for folks.
