Making it simple to tap and create keyholes for building out of 3030 and 3060 extrusions. It employs a 608ZZ bearing on the tapping component and a 626ZZ for drilling holes, preventing the drill from penetrating the jig. I utilized a "Völkel M8 Fluteless machine tap," which is a roll tap that shapes the material instead of cutting it. I found that conventional cutting taps would not work with Misumi extrusions. M8x20 screws with 5mm hex keys were used, resulting in 6mm holes that required enlargement to 7mm due to drilling misalignment. A HSS drill was used for hole creation. Don't forget to apply ample cutting oil!
