Tapered thread bowden coupling PC4-M5, PC4-M6, PC4-M10 with hole

Just a fix for the original remix from Serandre which is missing a hole for the PTFE bowden tube, so I added one myself with Meshmixer. The hole is 4.5mm in diameter and the bowden fits just fine. To get the nut, please refer to the original model from Krtektm. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1993384 Original summary from Serandre: This remix will work for every one since the threads are from the real PC4 fitting. You need to dismount the PC4 fitting using a pliers get the top plastic over, them using a little screwdriver get the inside metal and plastics out. Now print this remix and use a superglue on the sides of the nut and insert the PC4 into the thing and let it dry. It works really good and the heatsink block keeps very strong in place !
